reimbursement strategies.

PROFESSIONAL HISTORY
With more than 20 years as a healthcare specialist,
Sandy brings real-world credibility to every client
engagement. She is experienced in many facets of healthcare
service delivery and administration, including quality
management, utilization/case management and credentialing
- as well as management of health plan denial and
appeal processes. Most recently, she served as a quality
management nurse at a leading California health plan
provider. She has also been involved in clinical nursing
and marketing at other health plans and hospitals.
CREDENTIALS
A registered nurse, Sandy holds a BS in Health Administration
from the University of La Verne and a nursing degree
from Purdue. As an undergraduate, she also studied
business administration at Northwestern University.
She is a member of the National and California Associations
for Healthcare Quality and is a Certified Professional
in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
